The United Nations of Vexillium Aviation Convention (UNVAC) is an international treaty that sets the basic rules, regulations and agreements governing international civil aviation on the Vex. The Convention was drafted and established under the sponsorship of the United Nations of Vexillium, and the agency that monitors its enforcement and applications is eponymous and a part of the UNV system (such as it is).
History[]

The UNVAC HQ in Duceta-Appen
The Convention was the result of an initiative by the Sultanate of Feniz to regulate various aspects of flights between UNV members that had been hitherto dealt with using custom and ad hoc rulings; Feniz presented a draft convention prepared by an international panel of legal experts to the UNV General Assembly, which unanimously agreed to present it to its members for ratification.
The first States Party were Feniz itself and Fora Rifo, which signed the Convention on August 23, 301AP; the only other signatory in 301AP was the Lendosan Confederation. From then on, the Convention was slowly adopted by other States, with the majority of signatures coming after 315AP. The Convention has now expanded to 26 States Party, although some of the largest States on the Vex (like the Greater Burovian Realm) are not party to the Convention – most likely because they are reluctant to concede free access to their airspace and their aeronatical information.
In Janaury 325, the UNVAC Headquarters moved to a new building in Appen, a suburb of Duceta, capital of Estontetso.
