Stanley Winchester (born 266 in Sellow, Bowdani, currently known as Sellouh, LUKP) is an economist and politician and the current Grand Pensionary of the Lectern of United Kencari Peoples. Before that, he was the popular mayor of Urban's Gate / Ddambbac from 305 to 317. His policies to include the societally weak inhabitants of his city by stimulating the rich and the poor living in mixed city quarters proved relatively successful and the last Bowdani government of Sir David Leah is said to have approached him on more than one occasion to ask him to join is government, which Winchester refused. In April 317, Winchester was elected Grand Pensionary by the Electoral College of the LUKP in the fourth round of voting, in which he was introduced as a surprise candidate.
Winchester is married and has two sons, the eldest of whom is pursuing a career in engineering whilst the youngest is currently studying Indigenous Languages of Smalik at the State University of Ecboven.
