The Society Of Airship Running States And Companies - SOAR was founded on 2 April 324 during the International Airshipping Conference Duceta 324.
Charter[]
- The Society Of Airship Running States And Companies (SOAR)[1] shall promote research and development of airship technologies, mutually advise on production issues and airship handling, and standardise purposeful weather forecasts, operations and ground equipment.
- Based on individual membership of its members to UNVAC, SOAR shall observe the aims of the UNV Aviation Convention (UNVAC).
- Bodies of SOAR are
- the General Assembly, composed of major, medium amd minor members[2] and observers[3] who will become full members on request. Voting is per country, weighted according to membership status.
- the Board

- Secretary: His Excellency the Estontetsan Undersecretary Ichdenkemirsoungernenamenaus, Director of the Office of Economy, Business and Commerce
- an Operations Committee for the standardisation of airship operations, weather forecasts and ground equipment
- a Production Committee
- a Research Committee caring for airship technologies, reduction of the influence of weather on airship operations, and development of heavy duty airships
