The International Vexilliadic Committee (IVC) [also known as the International VexGames Committee] is the umbrella organization that runs the Games of the (Summer) Vexilliad (commonly known as the VexGames) and the Games of the Winter Vexilliad (commonly known as the Winter VexGames).
