Map of Guadacoa within Glaciaria.
Guadacoa, also known as Allacoan Glaciaria and before that as Yellow Glaciaria, is a former territory of the Republic of Allacoa on the continent of Glaciaria. First a dependency of the short-lived Yellow Free State, Yellow Glaciaria was transfered to Allacoa on the 5th of October 299 as reparations due to the oppressive colonial regime of Yellow Melania.
Guadacoa consisted of a slice of the Glaciarian territory, from the coast of the continent up to roughly the 75th parallel south, limited by the 90th and 105th eastern meridians, bordering the territories of Gronkian Glaciaria and Islandian Glaciaria. The southern border of Guadacoa is dotted by a number of volcanoes. Several glaciers also empty into the mostly ice-free Ganiwe Sea. Midsummer temperatures range from a mean of 0°C on the coast to between -20°C and -35°C in the interior.
Guadacoa was governed by an Allacoan government department known as the Guadacoa Commission.
The territory was the staging ground of the Guadacoa crisis of late 301. On January 305, the Allacoan government relinquished its claims to the territory, which was incorporated into Islandian Glaciaria.
