  11. The rank of an ambassador is related to the "level" of the country he is sent to. Esto distinguishes "top level" embassies, neighbour country embassies and "other" embassies. The title of "Ambassador" does not include an indication of his rank (i.e. he is never called "Ambassador 1st Class" or the like), but his uniform insignia and the government organigramme do.
