The Bank of Porto Capital - officially, Ļa Banca deļo Porto Capital EDRŞ - is a state-owned bank in the People's Republic of Porto Capital. By law the only institution allowed to offer banking and other financial services to Portocapitalian citizens within the territory of the People's Republic, the Bank of Porto Capital accumulates the functions normally attributed to retail, investment, development and commercial banks in capitalist economies.

Established in 302, a few weeks after the founding of the People's Republic, the institution initially held only the role of a reserve bank, controlling the new country's money supply and foreign reserves. In 305, all remaining private and public banks, as well as other financial institutions, were merged into the Bank of Porto Capital. Currently the bank has over 30.000 employees and 1.375 branches across the country.

The Bank of Porto Capital is governed by a special inter-ministry comittee and is subject to the National People's Development Council, the organ responsible for formulating economic policies for the country. The bank also controls the national mint of Porto Capital - thus being responsible for the issuing of Silas banknotes and coinage.

Foreign banks are allowed to offer services to foreign costumers in Porto Capital, as long as they comply to the strict Portocapitalian regulations. They also must provide their services at special counters and offices inside Bank of Porto Capital branches.
